There are 3 different ways of grading questions in Ans.
- Points per criterion
With points per criterion you can specify the steps a student needs to perform in order to get to the correct answer. - Rubric with levels
With rubrics you can define the level of knowledge a student understands about the question. - Slider
With a slider you can manually award the number of points between zero and the maximum points of the question.
You can add a grading description to provide instructions to the reviewers on how to award points. You also have the option to publish this grading description, so it becomes visible for students when they review their results.
