error_outline Your ability to perform this action depends on the privilege settings of your school.
One of the advantages of a question bank is that you can collaborate with your colleagues, either from your own school but also with colleagues from another school. If they are within your own school, you will be able to directly add them as new contributors. You also have the option to invite them to your question bank by email, which can be done for colleagues from another school. This article will go over every option you have to add contributors to your question bank.
Contributors are able to create exercises and assignments and review those of other contributors. They can leave feedback for each exercise and assign tasks to each other. Depending on the role within the question bank, contributors are also able to use the exercises within their assignment.
There are two contributor roles:
- Publisher
A publisher has all permissions within a question bank. They can create exercises and assignments, add domains and objectives, add contributors and edit the settings. - Author
An author of a question bank is only able to add exercises, domains and objectives. Authors are not able to add assignments, contributors or change the settings of a question bank.
