Ans distinguishes between employees and students.
There are 4 different roles for employees. The employee privileges are also based on the abilities defined in employee privileges
Administrators can create, view, modify and delete content of the school. In addition, this role has access to all settings of the school, reports and administrative data such as invoicing. Administrators can view employees and students and easily change the roles of employees. Administrators are also able to make changes to the employee privileges options.
- Department admin
Department administrators can create, view, modify and delete content of the department to which this role is assigned. In addition, this role has access to settings, limited to the department to which the role is assigned.
Repro is used for printing & scanning the paper collection of exams. This role has access to the print & scan functionality of the platform and can print exams to be taken and upload paper exams made after scanning into the platform.
The staff role is assigned to employees by default. The ability to create, view, modify and delete content in a course is based on the role of the user in the course. For more information about course roles see roles in a course
