Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with predefined answers where HTML tags were unnecessarily removed
  HTML tags in predefined answers were not shown in the previews and digital tests. This behaviour was not intended and has now been fixed.
  
  
• Fixed issue where participants would receive twice the amount of exercises if flow was enabled
  In digital tests that made use of flow groups, a rare error caused the setup phase of a participant's test to fail.
  When re-entering the test, the participant would receive double the amount of exercises. This has been fixed and should no longer occur.
  
  
• Fixed an issue where text formatting in a written assignment would cause whitespaces to disappear
  In the previous release, we enhanced the error messaging for unsupported characters. However, this refinement unintentionally led to the removal of whitespace in specific scenarios, which has now been fixed.
